Turnout Gear Covers
Coping with the new
dynamism, Groves gear opted for modification
Made
indigenously in USA, Groves Gear Guard Covers were designed so as to protect the
department’s PPE ie; Personal Protective Equipment from UV degradation and particulates
from diesel exhaust which otherwise repurcuss to the threat of cancer. The security
of safety guards itself was jeopardized when its consequences of Dermal
Exposure came to light.PPE are made of 8 oz. PVC Laminate UV Shield material
that is abrasion/tear-resistant and fluid-proof, stain-resistant, moreover can
easily be cleaned. Another lucrative feature of the Gear Guard Covers is that they
have antimicrobial and self-deodorizing fabric which succeeded in paving a
solution to previous drawbacks. The brand new aspect of laminate as antistatic
and flame-retardant properties has prominently made a value addition.
Furthermore, thread used here is constructed of
heavy duty UV resistant polyester which makes it more durable.
Heavy duty, long lasting 5 molded plastic zippers aid in the easy opening of the compartment sections. Since this was another loophole of preceding designed models that they were not too handy. Now these gears can easily be ported with added multiplied volume.
Gear Guard covers are available for all Red Rack Wall Mounted and Mobile units, with custom sizing available. The module has been more inclined towards customization so as to cater various demands differently.
Departments can order these covers for any of the Groves Red Rack units (they may work for other locker systems if similar to Red Rack Lockers) as well as other Ready Rack products like the Work Table, SOS Racks, and Multi-Purpose Storage Systems.
